Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor's degree in any Disciplines

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the HRDI team to set the marketing strategies for the business
∎ Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with
∎ specific objectives across different channels and segments
∎ Lead the execution of marketing programs leveraging internal support and driving
∎ collaboration
∎ Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and best marketing
∎ practices to build successful strategies and ensure paid customers to generate revenue
∎ for HRDI
∎ Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract
∎ key insights for future campaign development and strategies
∎ Plan social media content & execute
∎ Plan campaigns that will bring growth in all HRDI platforms
∎ Manage B2B, B2C marketing & mail marketing
∎ Research about influencers and enlist them
∎ Communicate with the influencers and onboard them
∎ Plan relevant contents and maintain data sheets

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3/4 years of experience as a Marketing Executive/in Social Media Marketing
∎ Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
∎ Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
∎ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Strong time management and organizational abilities
∎ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and fluid organizational work culture

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
