Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and retouch graphic materials for the courses' landing pages and different pages of HRDI
∎ Materialize creative ideas in graphics for promotions in newsletters, banners, ads, and other communication formats.
∎ Design for specific social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc, and create versions ratios. Participate in the conceptualization and creation of campaigns with the rest of the team.
∎ Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, after effect, and other relevant applications
∎ Have a good knowledge and understanding of all social media and social media promotion.
∎ Must have skills to conceptualize, visualize and develop all kinds of promotional logo, banner, flyer, brochure, certificate for social media branding

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years of experience in any design agency
∎ Have in-depth knowledge of Bangla and English vocabulary
∎ Clear brand communication visualization and product understanding
∎ Ability to work in a team with a range of people and communicate with colleagues
∎ Strong artistic and aesthetic criteria
∎ Be punctual and dedicated with a strong work ethic
∎ The ability to work under pressure - an openness to experiment and explore new
∎ ideas
∎ Proactive, suggest ideas, present new formats and adapt to new platforms
∎ Flexible and are not phased by moving with ease in demanding and changing work
∎ environments.
∎ It is a plus if
∎ Have the knowledge of Blender
∎ Have the knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, Motion Graphics
∎ Have experience in working with promotional or educational content
∎ Have good research and networking skills
∎ Strong knowledge of graphic composition and digital layout
∎ Wide knowledge/mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator
∎ Knowledge of photo retouching: color correction, cropping, recomposition, etc.
∎ Feel comfortable in high-performance projects with strict deadlines.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
