• Computer literacy in relevant areas is must.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the electrical or electronic meter industry and marketing of electrical/electronic meter, prepaid meter etc.
• Prior leadership or team management experience is an added advantage.

A reputed and nationwide electric meter manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, result-oriented, qualified, and committed professional for the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and market share.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Identify and develop new customers.

•  Promote electric meters (single-phase, three-phase, smart/prepaid meters).

•  Follow up on purchase orders and delivery timelines.

• Support receivables follow-up and payment collection

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitor activities.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, service and support.

• Oversee regular visits to dealers and key clients to nurture and strengthen business relationships.

• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and market analysis to senior management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
