• Prior experience in B2B medical diagnostics marketing, pathology marketing, or lab coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
• Basic understanding of histopathology and diagnostic workflows is an advantage.
• Valid driven license is necessary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to manage and expand our network of partner laboratories and clinics for histopathology sample collection and referral services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pathology services, coordinating sample logistics, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly targets for sample volume and new client acquisition.
• Promote histopathology services to diagnostic centers, hospitals, and clinics across assigned territories.
• Coordinate the collection and transport of histopathology samples from partner labs to the central laboratory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lab managers, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
• Educate clients on proper sample collection, labeling, and documentation procedures.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of samples while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and explore new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, lab operations, customer service) to ensure smooth workflow.
