Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop marketing plans, including market analysis, marketing strategies, planning, and budgeting for the company and each of the Travel Business Portal.
∎ Responsible for company PR, events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
∎ Deal with different airline/ agent sales representatives.
∎ Develop joint marketing programs and activities with partners and suppliers
∎ Reply to inquiries received via the phone, email, and chat.
∎ Listen effectively to the customer and capture relevant information.
∎ Ask relevant questions to understand the customer s requirements.
∎ Guide and help customers to make bookings and payments on the website.
∎ Record accurate information for each booking made by the customer.
∎ Creating PNR, modifications, processes cancellations, and issuing/ reissuing/ refund tickets.
∎ Visit partner office for business development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
