∎ Generate sales leads through cold calling.
∎ Conduct research online and gather information via survey or direct communication.
∎ Attend and engage in meetings, workshops, events, and Exhibitions with clients on behalf of the company.
∎ Update and maintain documents and sales record.
∎ Assess sales performance relative to targets.
∎ observe and participate in sales processesIdentify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements.
∎ Documents learnings and present finding to staff and stakeholders.Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ As a Marketing/Sales Executive, you’ll be key in driving business development, enhancing brand visibility, and building client relationships to support our growth.
∎ You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving sales targets.
∎ Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and securing repeat business.
∎ Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demos to potential clients.
∎ Marketing Campaigns: Support digital, print, and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
∎ Market Research & Reporting: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and sales performance, reporting regularly to management.
∎ Collaboration with Teams: Work with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless client service and project delivery.
