Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for marketing .
∎ Must maintain a good relationship with customers
∎ Works well with a team.
∎ Provide detailed service knowledge to prospective Merchants/Retailers.
∎ Make daily field visits for sales & supervision to retain existing businesses, increase volumes and pursue new businesses.
∎ Daily, weekly & monthly reports need to be prepared and shared regularly.
∎ Communicate with overseas Customer, Agent and Local C&F Agent as well as Carrier.
∎ Maintain good relations with all our Overseas Agent, Carrier and Customers.
∎ Rate collection from various Agent and Carrier, Negotiation Rate & assure to serve best service with competitive rate to Customer.
∎ Handle customers/ clients professionally.
