Additional Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and accounting.
Strong understanding of real estate/developer company marketing strategies.
Solid knowledge of accounts management, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally/ERP), and digital marketing tools
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and execute marketing strategies for company projects
Manage client communication, promotions, and lead generation
Maintain company accounts, daily transactions, and financial records
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cost analysis
Coordinate with management for sales and financial decision-making
