Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving customer queries and forwarding them to the concerned department.
∎ Responding to all local and foreign telephone calls, taking care of all incoming/ outgoing mails/ parcels, and forwarding them to concerned persons through office peons with proper follow-up and performing the required role to find missing documents with the appropriate investigation.
∎ Maintain working relationships and communicate with other departments and organizations regarding Management requirements.
∎ Maintain all records, security, and telecommunications system related to Operation.
∎ Documents scanning & e-mailing them to the concerned authority if required.
∎ Must be able to perform computer tasks in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Keep the database up to date with all relevant information.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Capable of working as a team efficiently.
∎ Highly capable of handling social media like (Facebook, tweeter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ One year of working experience in is field will get preference.
∎ Good communication skills (oral & written) in Bangla and English.
∎ Must have computer literacy.
