Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA)
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline /diploma in interior design (In case of long experience in the related field, other requirements, including educational qualification, may be relaxed)
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc. in EEE or Interior Designing from any reputed university.
∎ Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification or Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Interior Design
∎ Skills Required: 3D Studio MAX with VRay Render, Auto desk, AutoCAD, Autocad 2D 3D

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Interior, Fine arts, Home Interior, Industrial Interior, Interior Design, Office Interior
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have capabilities of developing new interior & furniture design in AutoCAD and Autodesk 3ds Max.
∎ Must know BOM, BOQ, Bill, and other necessary documents regarding sales and R&D (Interior, Furniture, Electrical, Plumbing).
∎ Prepare the interior design for offices, homes, hospitals, hotels, shops, Markets, etc.
∎ To work under the design head, receive information about design ideas that customers require, and report daily to the design head.
∎ Must have the capability for the production design of interiors & furniture.
∎ Visit the project site or customer's point to collect the measurement & required data.
∎ Prepare Cost Analysis as per design.
∎ To Provide technical direction and training to other professionals.
∎ Proper communication with all other departments of the Company if required and following the instructions from top management.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Auto CAD.
∎ Must have experience in 2D and 3D Max with Good V-Ray skills, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other upgraded interior software.
∎ Must know about planning Interior Design for Residential, Office, and Commercial Spaces.
∎ Must have skill at developing concepts and understanding the detailed design & drawing
∎ Must have the quality to monitor and supervise the project & service people.
∎ Must clearly understand the production process of all furniture items (Wood, LB, Metal), Raw materials, price of each item & machinery.
∎ Self-motivated, target oriented, able to work under pressure & punctual.
∎ Have appropriate knowledge of raw materials which can be used for modern interior design.
∎ Have appropriate knowledge of cost minimization techniques and proper application of these techniques to product development.
∎ Have appropriate knowledge of the Bill of Materials/BOQ.
∎ Candidates with work experience in Furniture Manufacturing Factory (especially in Product Design & Development) will be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet production targets.
∎ Good communication skills (oral & written) in Bangla and English.
∎ Team player, self-motivated, positive attitude, result-oriented, and works independently (if required)

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
