- Reply to comments and inbox messages
- Engage with followers daily
- Maintain brand tone (fun, Gen-Z friendly)
Facebook Ads Management
- Create and manage FB ad campaigns
- Boost posts and reels
- Local audience targeting
- Basic performance reporting
Reviews Management
- Collect and publish 5–6 customer reviews per month
- Encourage real customer feedback
- Design review posts (image/video)
Reach & Growth
- Ensure reach for every post
- Use hashtags, trends, and boosts where needed
- Aim for consistent audience growth
Reputation Management
- Monitor all reviews and comments
- Handle and manage bad/negative reviews professionally
- Respond politely and resolve issues to protect brand image
