We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our interior design services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

       • Generate and convert leads for interior design projects (residential & commercial)

 • Build and maintain strong client relationships

 • Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies

 • Collaborate with the design team to understand client requirements and project scope

 • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

 • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients

 • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

 • Proven experience in sales & marketing (preferably in interior design, architecture, or real estate)

 • Strong communication and negotiation skills

 • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media ads, and client management

 • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure

 • Good command of English & Bangla (written and verbal)

 • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

 • Basic knowledge of design trends will be a plus
