Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct surveys with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and patients to gather data on prescription drug usage, adherence, and satisfaction.
∎ Accurately collect data from prescription, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company guidelines
∎ Utilize survey tools / software for efficient data input.
∎ Plan and coordinate daily schedules to ensure timely coverage of assigned territories.
∎ Ensure all survey activities adhere to industry regulations and other legal standards.
∎ Prioritize survey targets by balancing between healthcare providers, pharmacists, and patients to meet quotas and deadlines
∎ Identify inconsistencies or anomalies in data and make decisions on revalidating information before final submission
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry developments, including changes in drug regulations and prescription products, to improve the relevance of surveys.
