Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Maintaining Access to Safe Water and Sanitation for Rohingyas in Bangladesh Project.
∎ Market Promotion Supervisor will support the Center Manager and maintain coordination with other project officials in the areas of market development of women and young producers, products, and enterprise development through private sectors and institutional linage as part of reaching the visibility of its goal, objectives and results.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure implementation of Details Plan of market development options of the project in a timely manner.
∎ Regular visit & monitor the market and finding the gaps in supply and demand sides of products in market as well as identify the market innovation.
∎ To ensure the outputs of market promotion and development under the project plan, and the targeted producers are linked and exposed to the market, monitored and documented its progress.
∎ Regular visit to the fields of producer's groups, private sectors and markets and meet with their representative, report, develop and expose the service inventory.
∎ Ensure the support to matchmaking within the producers and market actors.
∎ Oversees the quality of products as per market demands and ensure the scopes of renovation in products' quality, hygiene and safety.
∎ Support to select the logistics in production, hygiene and safety measurement and business expansion.
∎ Support in the development of innovative business of youths and women through sharing the scope of market and enterprise development.
∎ Enabling a friendly collaborative working culture within the team, actively sharing information and knowledge to enable the team to ensure effective learning and sharing across the organization.
∎ Uphold humanitarian code of conduct and adhere to and promote humanitarian guiding principles.
∎ Comply with NGO Forum for Public Health's policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, gender & equality, humanitarian responsiveness and other relevant policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years' working experience in the same or equivalent position in social development sector or relevant field.
∎ Experience on market development, PPSE, Cooperative Livelihood Option, institutional linkage of producers, working with different government structure, youth's engagement in job market and humanitarian assistance in emergencies.
∎ Inclusive market promotion framework Development, Understanding the FDMNs and host community situations in Cox's Bazar district.
∎ Excellence Negotiation and communication skills with public and private sectors including different market actors.
∎ Good communication skills (oral and written) with community and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Well-known local language/dialect of Cox's Bazar and ability to work with people from different cultures, gender, religion, race, nationality and age.
∎ Highly energetic, motivated and ability to work effectively as a team member.
∎ Critical and creative thinking and analytical skills. Ability to compose, edit, analysis and report using complex information.
∎ Experience and knowledge on marketing of Sanitary pad and Jute bag related product is preferable.

Salary: Tk. 52000 (Monthly)
