Credit Recovery, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Relationship Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work collaboratively with the head office & field team to achieve project goals.
∎ Visit the designated market on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
∎ Manage a rigorous approach to monitor and evaluate all the existing buyers in the designated zone.
∎ Assist with developing the market for the organization
∎ Ensure the buyers are paying the fair share commission to the company on time.
∎ Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Communicate effectively with the buyers & suppliers whenever necessary.
∎ Prepare & send different reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
∎ Keep track of the credit amount and communicate with the buyers/suppliers to reduce the credit amount.
∎ To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
∎ Track down the accused person and get in touch with them to ask about their payment status.
∎ Negotiate on payment terms or timeframes.
∎ Regularly keep the database up-to-date and account status.
∎ Monitor assigned accounts to spot any unpaid balances that are past due.
∎ Create a strategy for collecting unpaid debts.
∎ If necessary, notify supervisors of an alleged customer who is unwilling or unable to pay.
∎ Follow regulations when taking legal action is unavoidable.
∎ Making informed decisions and using initiative to resolve the debt amicably.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities
∎ Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
∎ Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
∎ Good organizational skills include prioritizing, scheduling, meeting deadlines, and time management.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
