∎ প্রার্থীদেরকে কোন সরকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে ০২ বছরের ডিপ্লোমা (নার্স) কোর্স অথবা ০৪ বছরের ডিপ্লোমা (Midwifery) কোর্স পাশ হতে হবে।
∎ প্রার্থীদের Bangladesh Nursing Council থেকে হালনাগাদ রেজিষ্ট্রেশন থাকতে হবে।

∎ কোন স্বনামধন্য প্রজনন স্বাস্থ্যসেবা প্রতিষ্ঠানে ০২ বছর কাজ করার বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ Conducting NVD, RTI/STI & Infection Prevention [IP] - এ প্রশিক্ষণপ্রাপ্ত হতে হবে।
∎ প্রার্থীদেরকে রোগীদের প্রতি যত্ন, সহমর্মিতা ও কাজের প্রতি দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে।
∎ রোস্টার ডিউটি করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
