∎ কোন মাতৃস্বাস্থ্য সেবাদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানে কাউন্সেলিং/কাস্টমার কেয়ার কাজে ১ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীকে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে ।
∎ প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় ও আন্তঃব্যাক্তিক যোগাযোগে দক্ষ হতে হবে। ক্লায়েন্ট এর প্রতি যত্নবান এবং দৃঢ় ব্যক্তিত্ব সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীকে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে। প্রার্থীকে স্মার্ট, উদ্যোমী ও কর্মঠ হতে হবে ।
∎ কোন মাতৃস্বাস্থ্য সেবাদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানে Customer dealing, Doctor's Appoinment, Client Management, Reporting, Counselling কাজের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা প্রার্থীর অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
