  • Age 23 to 40 years
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a travel agency, manpower recruitment, or overseas employment services.
  • Strong knowledge of overseas recruitment processes, visa formalities, and travel documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with key markets such as the Middle East, Europe, or Asia is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel locally or internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with government contracts or large corporate manpower needs.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements in target countries.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify potential clients (local and international companies) in need of overseas manpower services.

  • Promote the agency’s travel and recruitment packages tailored for manpower deployment.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.

  • Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, and industry events.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Coordinate with recruitment, visa processing, and travel departments to ensure smooth delivery of manpower services.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform sales strategies.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance.
