∎ MBA/Masters in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Management, Statistics Economics having no 3rd class/division in academic record.
∎ Candidates having qualified CA/CMA/CFA/CS will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Company as well as direct and administer operational activities of IBSL in accordance with policies, rules and objectives.
∎ Design strategies, policies and implement the business plan to achieve targets of the company.
∎ In depth knowledge in Portfolio & Issue Management, Stock market analysis and investments to ensure significant growth of IBSL.
∎ Leadership to build and drive a cross functional result-oriented team.
∎ Ensure that the Business operations smoothly in compliance with the regulations of regulatory bodies, such as Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC), Stock Exchanges, CDBL, RJSC etc.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Board of Directors of the company from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Minimum 15 years of working experiences in related filed and at least 3 years of experience in similar position in a capital market related organization.
