Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading as well as administering the operational activities in accordance with policies, guidelines and objectives of the company.
∎ Must be able to communicate effectively with regulators and stakeholders.
∎ Take CVCFL as technology driven/tech based company where speed and efficiency will be the priority.
∎ Develop the company in a manner so that in next two years' time around 25% to 30 % of the income will be fee based.
∎ Understand emerging Fin-tech and technological development.
∎ Ensure that the organization will be the highest level of regular compliance and ethical standard.
∎ Knowledge of various potential financial services besides regular lending and deposit collection businesses.
∎ Carrying out effectively the policy laid down by the Board of Directors, and ensuring that the policy is well understood and complied with by all members of the organization.
∎ Ensure a strong Risk, Compliance and Governance Framework is embedded across the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Must have experience in NBFI/Banking Profession for at least 15 (fifteen) years as an active professional and at least 02 (two) years' experience in a post immediate below the Chief Executive of a Bank/NBFI.
∎ Good leadership & communication skill to lead the team from the front.
∎ Ability to influence or persuade others to gain acceptance or agreement of ideas and approaches.
∎ Ability to understand issues and make systematic and rational judgments based on the relevant information.
∎ Has a personal commitment to organizational excellence; displays honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of ethics in all decision and actions;
∎ Appointment in conditional upon Bangladesh Bank approval.
∎ In respect of service, the concerned person should have excellent record of performance.
∎ Satisfaction should be ensured that the concerned person was not dismissed from service when he was chairman/director/official of any company.
∎ Any director of any bank or financial institution or any person who has business interest in the bank/NBFI concerned will not be eligible for appointment to the post of chief executive.
∎ The tenure of the MD shall be for at least 03 (three) years, which is renewable. If the candidate has less than 3 years left to attain 65 years, he/she can be appointed for that period.
