∎ Prior experience as a Sales Head, P&L ownership as a business owner with minimum 20-25 years experience with proven ability of managing and growing a business with strong experience in Sales/ Customer Development with a leading FMCG company. Entrepreneurial mindset. Strong bias for action. Comfortable with ambiguity. Appetite for pushing boundaries and taking risks. Driven by need to explore new ideas. Proven capabilities in attracting and developing a talented workforce.
Salary:
∎ • Salary - between BDT 1,25,00,000 - BDT 1,75,00,000 Fixed + 25% variable
• Car allowance- BDT 20,00,000 / year (car will be provided)
• Other benefits- 5% of fixed pay
