Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to mobilize and manage deposits.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and ensure steady acquisition of low-cost deposits.
∎ Regularly visit clients to strengthen relationships and understand their financial needs.
∎ Oversee the end-to-end cash management process, from proposal submission to service implementation.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Track and analyze customer transaction behaviors to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Guide and mentor the Cash Management team, ensuring continuous skill development.
∎ Implement integrated cash management solutions to enhance efficiency and revenue.
∎ Monitor and analyze MIS reports and corporate deposit portfolios to drive informed decision-making.
∎ Represent the Bank professionally, fostering relationships with high-value corporate clients and priority individuals.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, digital banking platforms, and market dynamics.
