Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or BBA (Major in Marketing) from Reputed University is required.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies.
∎ Plans and approaches to help market and do market position to attract partners and win corporate deals.
∎ Plan the marketing and communications strategies for specific areas of work for different Corporate clients and other stakeholders.
∎ Work with the senior management teams to put the strategy into practice. This will include develop creative communication and marketing, presentations, briefings, etc.
∎ Implement direct marketing approaches including targeting, personalization of messages and measurability; data analysis & customer profiling.
∎ Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
∎ Ensure that the branding strategy meets expectations through monitoring marketing trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Able to plan and execute strategy and marketing projects from start to finish with an eye on achieving key metrics
∎ Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to travel abroad when needed.
Salary: Negotiable
