Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Job design, standardized timing (SMV), and method development.
Production balancing and process engineering.
Responsible for analyzing workers’ performance.
Monitor workflow after initialization and update methodologies from time to time.
·Should understand garment washing and quality procedures.
Fine-tune processes and suggest work aids and attachments.
Analyze operator performance.
Prepare construction/style packages and follow up accordingly.
Practical experience in monitoring performance, identifying and solving bottlenecks, and engineering workstations.
Participate in production planning.
Must be able to practically implement IE concepts to improve productivity.
Develop an IE team and train production (sewing/washing) teams in IE concepts; advise management on IE matters.
Coordinate with the washing department to improve working procedures.
Experience in working costing and production SMV
