Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead Knit Garments Dyeing & Washing R&D activities. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative washing and dyeing techniques, ensuring quality bulk production, and aligning R&D with fashion trends and customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement new innovations in garments washing and dyeing processes.
Research and develop washing techniques suitable for different fiber compositions and fabric structures.
Ensure timely development of all washing samples within the TNA (Time & Action Plan).
Monitor and execute first bulk production to ensure smooth quality, shade matching, and process standardization.
Conduct fashion trend analysis and translate trends into effective washing techniques and product developments.
Identify possible risk factors during development and bulk production and report proactively to the reporting authority and marketing team.
Coordinate with production, quality, merchandising, and marketing teams for successful product development and execution.
Lead and develop the R&D team to achieve organizational goals.
