Requirements

Education:-

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Furniture Company

Additional Requirements:-

Age 22 to 45 years

Responsibilities

·  Must have proven experience in furniture and/or interior market sales.

·  Should have own active leads, client database or running projects in corporate, commercial or residential sectors.

·  Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing or sales within furniture/interior industry.

·  Strong network with corporate offices, architects, consultants, developers and procurement teams.

·  Ability to generate direct sales, project-based sales and repeat clients

·  Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

·  Capable of achieving monthly and yearly sales targets

·  Experience in catalog presentation, client meetings and site visits

·  Good understanding of pricing, costing, and project execution flow

·  Leadership skills to guide sales executives (if required)

·  Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently

Additional Advantage:

·       Experience working with factory-based furniture production

·       Knowledge of interior drawings, BOQ, and materials
