• BBA/MBA(Accounting/ Finance)

• CA/ ICMA (minimum knowledge level completed)

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only Male

• In‐depth Knowledge and familiarity with modern financial management & management accounting, financial policies, costing, budgeting, Tax/VAT rules etc.

• Competent in computer based accounting/finance system.

• Strong leadership, people centric and people management skill.

• Effective analysis and reporting skill.

• Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.

•  Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/ledgers etc.) 

• Review and check journal/voucher entries posted by the team 

• Review system generated journal entries 

• Ensure authenticity and proper accounting in accounting and proper documentations as per SOP/best practice

• Review of daily receipts and payments and cash and bank balances 

• Review and check bank reconciliations

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financials and perform related analysis 

• Coordinate in the audit of financial statements 

• Contribute in the development of various policies, procedures and SOPs for smooth functioning of departmental operations

• Follow up and reporting on Receivables 

• Input in the development of hospital ERP 

• Have up to date knowledge of accounting standards, VAT, personal and corporate tax 

• Deal with income tax and VAT matters 

• Manage internal controls, identify financial risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies

• Preparing annual budgets and variance reports 

• Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets 

• Any other task assigned by the Head of the department.
