Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Maintain and control the zonal sales team as well as showroom.
∎ Presenting & selling company products/services to current & potential clients.
∎ The building, establishing, & maintaining a good relationship with clients.
∎ Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
∎ Developing, maintaining good product & Marketing Knowledge.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have to maintain & control the Marketing & Sales department.
∎ Must have to achieve the sales target.
∎ Formulating and executing sales plans.
∎ Leading a sales team within the showroom.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all Showroom policies & procedures.
∎ Maintaining & ordering appropriate inventory to enhance sales & profit.
∎ Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining proper merchandising of the showroom.
∎ Maintain a clean and safe environment.
∎ Conducting market promotions & campaigns.
∎ Prepare bill, challan, and quotations, as required.
∎ Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into computer software.
