Job Context:
∎ BJIT is looking for a dynamic, experienced and charismatic HR leader who will lead the HR team and fulfill the role of an advocate of development for the organization.
∎ The role involves maintaining and ensuring communication between the ED board and the HR department as well as being a hub of communication between the Recruitment team and the Hiring Managers. The incumbent will work with all aspects of HR starting from Recruitment to Employee Separation and build strategies to improve the HR functions as well as implementation. The incumbent will also be responsible for leading a dynamic team of HR professionals and guiding them in increasing effectiveness & efficiency as well as making development plans. He/she will identify and understand the business needs by staying aligned with the ED board.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a communication hub between the recruitment team and hiring managers and ensure smooth recruitment operations for all levels within the organization
∎ Oversee the recruitment efforts of the Bangladesh office of BJIT and lead, coach and support the recruitment team in recruiting the best-fit resources within given deadlines.
∎ Lead the global recruitment efforts by leading the recruitment team of the Bangladesh office of BJIT.
∎ Ensure a strong pipeline of tech talents and manage the placement of the best tech talent across the organization.
∎ Develop recruitment policies, guidelines and processes from time to time
∎ Establish and maintain a positive relationship with recruiting agencies
∎ Establish and maintain positive relationships with institutions in order to ensure a pool of talented software engineers as well as non-technical candidates
∎ Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement from time to time
∎ Develop and implement performance management plans including reviews and appraisals as well as reward and recognition strategies
∎ Take necessary steps to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations involving compliance, payroll, record maintenance and others.
∎ Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines from time to time as the need arises with new certifications and compliance requirements.
∎ Ensure the proper monitoring and recording of employee grievances and provide solutions
∎ Providing consultation and counseling to employees regarding grievances
