Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
∎ Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
∎ Monitoring of the bid management to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
∎ Contribution in cost and price calculations
∎ Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
∎ GOVT sectors International & Local E- Tender, (Open Tendering Method, Limited Tendering Method, Direct Procurement Method, Two Stage Tendering Method, Request for Quotation Method)
∎ Managing eGP portal
∎ Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
∎ Research and evaluate customer application to properly size and develop a system layout that meets the customer’s needs
∎ Maintain updated understanding of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations that effect target markets
∎ Resolve customer’s problems with product and/or services
∎ Follow up on product deliveries
∎ Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls
