Educational Requirements:
∎ CA/CMA qualified and MBA or equivalent majoring in Finance or Accounting from any reputed Public/Private University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Financial Statements in compliance with IFRS and local laws and regulations.
∎ Ensure proper control over sales accounting and credit management as per policy.
∎ Maintain the Finance and Accounting segment of ocean-going oil tanker operations.
∎ Safeguard proper compliance with regulatory reporting and regulations.
∎ Prepare various Management reports as per requirements.
∎ Investment and related party accounting as per IFRS.
∎ Contribution to maintaining the overall quality of Financial Accounting and Control in an ERP (SAP) environment.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external auditors and other related functional departments.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At Least 12 years of working experience, where 4 to 6 years of working experience in a managerial role.
∎ ERP (SAP) experience is required.
∎ Strong business analytical ability.
∎ Command in business communication both oral and written.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as the ability to coordinate with stakeholders
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Self-driven and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis
∎ Updated knowledge of IFRS, VAT & Tax Act and Rules, and other related regulations
∎ Proficient in using modern business communication technology
∎ Prerequisite qualifications may be relaxed for truly deserving candidates
