Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate annual business planning and budgeting;
∎ Lead, supervise, check and control various finance & accounts, VAT & TAX related activities;
∎ Facilitate and lead the performance reviews of BRAC Healthcare Ltd. at planned intervals;
∎ Focus on analytics for improvement;
∎ Ensure standardization, consistency and compliance of Finance and Accounts policies across each area of BRAC Healthcare Ltd.;
∎ Optimize fund management, control inventory and follow credit control policy;
∎ Exercise budgetary control to ensure that expenses do not exceed the budget;
∎ Guide and assist to improve OPEX by providing appropriate data & analysis;
∎ Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly and other periodic financial statements and costing reports as required by top management;
∎ Formulate various types of policy for smooth operations of business and ensure the proper control in place;
∎ Ensure policy and regulatory compliance of all accounting and financial transactions, keeping in view enterprise interest;
∎ Promote, support and guide establishment of safeguarding culture within program;
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment;
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action;
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
