Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for store management of engineering store & inventory.
∎ Ensure proper storage of all raw materials, finished goods and spare parts of cement industry.
∎ Raise material requisition according to the demand of production department.
∎ Improve existing inventory & store management system in a designated way.
∎ Complete GRN ( Goods Receipt Note) on due time by using ERP software.
∎ Ensure optimum level of inventory is maintained.
∎ Confirm daily materials delivery from store to production floor as per their demands.
∎ Periodic review and segregate slow moving inventory.
∎ Ensure specific items purchase in right quantity.
∎ Periodic reconciliation of physical & book stocks.
∎ Update consumption, materials reception, daily stock status etc on ERP Software.
∎ Training the subordinates to improve their skills, productivity & efficiency.
∎ Ensure store reorder level, over stock level, FIFO & LIFO systems etc.
∎ Monitor monthly inventory and assist to audit accordingly.
∎ Generate different reports ie. daily production report, inventory report, dispatch report, raw materials consumption report etc.
∎ Maintain receipt of documents, warehouse inventory, physical stock & virtual stock( ERP software).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office and Integrated Accounting package i.e. Software knowledge is must.
∎ Excellent people management skill.
∎ Minimum 5 years experience of independently handle of store department in a large organisations.
