Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Manager/Deputy Manager (Modern Trade)”.
The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Lead corporate sales team members to achieve SKU wise sales targets and maintaining sales growth
Interact with the sales team to develop sales plans and strategies
Provide necessary guidelines to the distribution department for smooth delivery
Liaise with production, distribution, Brand, Accounts & other associated departments for smooth operation
Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the products as per their needs
Monitor corporate client’s credit and inform respective clients accordingly
Coordinate with the sales team to plan on promotional activities and special events
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Maintain relationships with all potential and existing clients.
