Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing the scope, performing testing, and developing findings under the direction of Internal Audit management
∎ Perform reviews of working papers to ensure accuracy and completeness, and assist in addressing any review points provided by team leads and/or audit management
∎ Determine the scope, develop audit planning memorandums, perform test work, and assist with report writing.
∎ Develop detailed working papers to provide sufficient evidence of work completed in the execution of the audit program
∎ Communicate with operating and financial management, establish and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of management
∎ Plan and manage internal audit mandates, including documenting work performed, and managing costs and time for the mandates
∎ Conduct Factory Production Process Audit and Inventory Audit for multiple units of AkijBashir Group
∎ Allocate responsibilities to junior members of the audit team, supervise and develop junior staff members within teams, and review team members' work for accuracy and compliance
∎ Ensure completion of audits within specified timelines and submit reports to a higher authority. Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions
∎ Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Proven experience in internal auditing or related roles
∎ Strong knowledge of audit principles, techniques, and standards
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills
