∎ Work closely with the brand management team to ensure all loyalty and partnership initiatives are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
∎ Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and in-store promotions, to drive engagement and awareness.
∎ Design and implement customer loyalty programs aimed at increasing customer retention and lifetime value.
∎ Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine loyalty programs and ensure they align with customer needs and business objectives.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty programs with the company’s digital platforms and ensure a seamless customer experience.
∎ Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company’s brand values and business goals.
∎ Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that enhance the brand’s market position.
∎ Manage ongoing relationships with partners, including monitoring performance, resolving issues, and maximizing partnership value.
∎ Utilize data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of loyalty programs and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
