∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and marketing analytics.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote AKS Healthcare’s and diagnostic services.
∎ Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities align with the overall business objectives.
∎ Assist in maintaining and enhancing the AKS Healthcare brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity.
∎ Support the creation and management of brand assets, including marketing materials, promotional content, and digital assets.
∎ Monitor brand performance and recommend adjustments to strategies to ensure brand objectives are met.
∎ Collaborate with IT, Technology Vendor and Operations teams to ensure the effective implementation, integration and management of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) of AKS Healthcare.
∎ Arrange and conduct Training of EMR to the relevant staff for all the clinics of AKS Healthcare.
∎ Leverage EMR data to inform marketing strategies, improve customer targeting, and enhance service and package offerings.
∎ Ensure that all marketing activities involving EMR data comply with regulatory requirements and maintain patient confidentiality.
∎ Support the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives that enhance patient experience and foster brand loyalty.
∎ Utilize EMR data to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer communication strategies.
∎ Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with relevant teams to address any issues or concerns.
∎ Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
∎ Use insights to support the development of marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, customer insights, and market trends.
∎ Work closely with the Sales, Operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively executed.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing activities.
