∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Degree in Media & Communication will be an added advantages
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Communication, Brand Promotion, E commerce
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
∎ Planning and execution of all communications, including online and social media
∎ Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
∎ Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action" and maintain product branding
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
∎ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
∎ Overall responsibility for brand management and to enhance brand awareness, image and equity
∎ Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
∎ Dealing with inquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations
∎ Organizing promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
∎ Any other tasks as designated by Head of Marketing, or the Employer
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Branding/ Marketing of FMCG will get preference
∎ Hardworking, Proactive, Self-responsible, ability to work under pressure
∎ Good at interpersonal communication
∎ Must be a team player
Salary: Negotiable
