Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for business development activities to generate revenue from the assigned market across the entire opportunity management cycle.
∎ Full ownership of account management, preparing the bid, RFI, RFPs, and closing contracts.
∎ Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities and build customer relationships.
∎ Meet or exceed individual sales goals through prospecting and winning new revenue-generating relationships.
∎ Utilize advanced sales, communications and business skills to position appropriate solutions, overcome objections / resistance and close the sale.
∎ Relationship Building and Account Management.
∎ Identify potential sector, market, clients and add value to portfolio diversification
∎ Full ownership in areas of new client addition, target achievement, client visit, portfolio management etc
∎ Engage with cross functional teams effectively to get things going proactively.
∎ Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the sales goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Able to conduct market research through identifying trends, customer segments and product development opportunities.
∎ Ability to interact with C-Level, Strong networking & relationship building ability, and presentation skills.
∎ Able to plan and execute strategy and marketing projects from start to finish with an eye on achieving key metrics
∎ Strong understanding of insights and excellent analytical skill.
∎ Proactive, Articulated, Motivated, Organized, a Self-starter as a Team Player.
∎ Strong capability for interdepartmental coordination
∎ Fluent in English speaking and presentation.
∎ Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
