∎ Supervising and guiding the sales team.
∎ Maintaining monthly sales report and updating customer records.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
∎ Achieving both personal and team targets through teamwork.
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the management.
∎ Staying up-to-date with new products and features.
∎ Training and mentoring junior sales staff.Adding values to the company and its products/services.
∎ Managing customer service issues and executing additional assigned duties.
