∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
∎ Proven experience in Sales & Marketing of Knit Garments All Over Printing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and approach buyers, suppliers buying houses, and agents to collect work orders for garment printing services.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for All over printing, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive.
∎ Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, utilizing this information to develop effective sales strategies.
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company targets and ensure sustained growth in markets.
∎ Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, finalize work orders, and ensure timely execution of order.
∎ Regularly report on sales performance, market conditions, and any issues affecting sales or customer satisfaction.
∎ Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards for all orders.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of printing techniques, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by management.
