∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a renowned university with excellent academic results. Preferably BUTEX
∎ Skills Required: Leadership and team management skills, Production Management (Washing)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Denim Washing (Wet Process), Production in wet processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure & take full ownership for quality producing in wet process.
∎ Attending on PP meeting while bulk production is starting, Risk analysis.
∎ Establish good Co-operation for both shift.
∎ Making Line wise plan based on monthly plan prior to shipment date.
∎ Re-wash maintain within 3%.
∎ To provide all the solutions related with production.
∎ Reducing Extra Helpers, Rework & Rejection & Evaluating Efficiency.
∎ Motivating all Staffs & floor people to get highest output & reducing Absenteeism.
∎ Reducing Absenteeism less than 3%.
∎ Any other assignment by Head of plant or department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 8 years experience preferably premium denim brand
∎ Having strong knowledge of woven bottom denim products
Salary: Negotiable
