∎ MSS Gender studies/ Sociology/ Anthropology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 Years in NGO’s/ Relevant field.
∎ The candidates are able to drive motor bike with valid driving license to visit the field frequently and sometimes may stay at the field level.
∎ Having excellent interpersonal skills, report writing in English with computer proficiency and capable to ensure Women Human Rights for Policy Mobilization and Access to Land Rights as Human Rights.
∎ Ability to whole time pressure and work in a team and be flexible in challenging situation with risk.
∎ Able to pick up the problems and all other conflicts issues of women from the rural areas and contribute to plan design curriculum to achieve SDGs/ CFDAW aligning with the Economic, Social, Cultural Right (ESCR), Civil & Political Rights.
∎ Experience on Land Rights and Mobilization will get preference.
∎ Good facilitation skills and knowledge and experience in participatory planning and TOF.
∎ Good team building capacity and decision making skills.
∎ Good interpersonal communication and leadership skill.
∎ Women are only eligible to apply.

Salary:
∎ 40,000/- per month.
