∎ The candidate should have Master of Science in Genetics and Pant Breeding from any government approved institute with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations.

∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a research objective; prepare yearly research action plan
∎ Provide technical support to vegetable research team for develop the desirable varieties
∎ Ensure required best quality nuclear, breeder and foundation seed of all parents and confirm genetic purity
∎ Maintain liaison with the seed production and marketing for collect market demand
∎ Collect new technology from different research institutes
∎ Supervise, monitor and evaluate of all research activities
∎ Develop the staff through field visit, counseling, training, monthly meeting, workshop etc.
∎ Prepare the periodic, annual research report and collect germplasm from different local sources
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority

∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates.
∎ Experience in relevant field will be given preference
∎ Have practical knowledge planning and execution of Breeding related research works, managing product development, product evaluation activities, product advancement processes and People Management.
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
∎ Must have skill of multitasking
∎ Able to work under stress situation
∎ Able to manage any unwanted situation
