∎ MBA/M.Com in Accounting/Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain VAT books and check with the system (Oracle/VAT Software).
∎ Maintain Purchase Registers (Mushak-6.1) for keeping records of Toll manufacturing.
∎ Maintain books of records and make reconciliation with the delivery of VAT Sales as per Mushak-6.3.
∎ Maintain VAT Software.
∎ Maintain internal registers for Toll activities.
∎ Collect and maintain Bill of Entry and VAT challan (Mushak-6.3) from Head office.
∎ Monitor all VAT challans (Mushak-6.3) with signatories.
∎ Ensure applicable input tax credits for Raw materials, Packing Materials & Services with proper VAT documents.
∎ Update all raw materials issues in the VAT inventory.
∎ Maintain Daily VAT rebate and VAT sales reports in Excel format.
∎ Prepare different types of VAT reports for reconciling with accounts records.
∎ Prepare and submit Monthly VAT Return-Mushak-9.1.
∎ Prepare the declaration of Input-Output Coefficient (Mushak-4.3).
∎ Maintain VAT reconciliation with Oracle and VAT software.
∎ Prepare Monthly VAT reports for higher management.
∎ Prepare various reports for VAT authority/NBR.
∎ Prepare various statements for tax return purposes.
∎ Arrange Mushak-6.6 & Treasury challan.
∎ Prepare Purchase requisition of VAT materials in ORACLE.
∎ Prepare necessary Move order for PP Bag consumption in ORACLE.
∎ Prepare Move order Issue for Monthly Stationery items in ORACLE.
∎ Prepare a reconciliation statement of RM and other items with central store department.
∎ Maintain liaison with Delivery, Central Store, Head Office Accounts & Supply chain Management to bring the Mushak-6.3 Challan & Bill of Entries to take a rebate.
∎ Train, motivate, and develop subordinates to achieve company objectives.
∎ Maintain the employee service of the BD Manager in ORACLE.
∎ Monitor the duty roster among subordinates and allocate duties.
∎ Stay updated with relevant VAT laws, regulations, and guidelines.
∎ Maintain good liaison with the related Customs & VAT authority.
∎ Perform any other tasks given by the Line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong multi-tasking ability.
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude.
∎ Have Leadership, Analytical, Negotiation and Management skill.
∎ Accounts & Finance, VAT and TAX, ERP/Software using Experience.
