∎ Masters/ Bachelor/Honors in Accounting/ Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To compliance of VAT Act & Rules for ensure smooth VAT operation through liaise, and develop strong working relationships, with internal & govt. VAT authorities.
∎ Monitoring regular VAT work (24 hours & 7 days) of down line team as per law with accuracy in record keeping.
∎ To identify and implement VAT savings and efficiency opportunities.
∎ Treasury payment planning & ensure the payment.
∎ Ensuring VAT deduction at source from supplier & provide them mushak 6.6 challan.
∎ Detection and evaluation of risks as well as opportunities regarding respective VAT issues.
∎ To manage external VAT audits and to liaise with, and provide information as required.
∎ Taking steps/preventive action for seizing vehicle by VAT authority.
∎ Prepare all replay letter & submission to VAT office.
∎ Taking approval from VAT authority (VAT registration & Issuing various Certificate against VAT & Customs SRO in proper time.
∎ Ensure adjustment of all rebate. (Import & local).
∎ Maintaining VAT Online system, Monitoring VAT software & time-to-time communication with our vendor (DTCL).
∎ Timely communications with depot/outlet regarding VAT matters & attend there for solve the problem.
∎ As and when required, participation in VAT advisory discussions with the business.
∎ Tax Issue (Individual Salary Tax, TDS, AIT - Maintaining, Other Tax issue - Assist)
∎ Contributory Provident Fund maintain & monitoring.
