Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

• MBA/ CFA /CA/ ACCA will be considered an added advantage.

• At least 5 years

• Strong knowledge of corporate funding and debt management practices

• Excellent financial analysis and cash flow management skills

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities

• Good understanding of financial markets and lending structures

• Develop and implement funding strategies to ensure adequate liquidity and optimal capital structure for the organization.

• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and lenders to arrange loans, credit facilities, and other funding sources.

• Monitor and manage the organization's debt portfolio, including loan agreements, repayment schedules, interest obligations, and covenant compliance.

• Evaluate and arrange short-term and long-term financing facilities such as term loans, working capital facilities, and structured financing options

• Prepare financial analysis, cash flow projections, and funding proposals to support borrowing decisions and financing strategies.

• Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and financing conditions with leaders to ensure cost-effective funding.

• Ensure timely repayment of loans and interest obligatio11s while maintaining compliance with lender requirements and internal policies.

• Prepare reports on funding position, debt exposure, and financial risk for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
