Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Manager who will be responsible for overseeing Accounts, HR, and Administrative functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong financial expertise along with hands-on experience in HR operations and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance:

  • Manage daily accounting operations including vouchers, ledger, and financial transactions

  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets

  • Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow management

  • Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements

  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable

Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll processing

  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws

  • Handle employee relations and performance management support

Administration:

  • Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operations

  • Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination

  • Supervise support staff and maintain office discipline

  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, HR & Admin roles

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR practices

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
