The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial planning of the SuperGolf project. The role ensures strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and effective financial support to operational decision-making in a golf, entertainment, F&B, and hospitality-driven business environment.
Job Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately and timely recorded in the ERP system
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accounts
Prepare consolidated management reports for senior management and Board review
Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning
Lead the annual budgeting process in coordination with departmental heads
Prepare monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts
Develop long-term financial projections (3–5 years) for strategic planning
Operational Finance & Cost Control
Analyze operational costs by department (Golf Operations, F&B, Retail, Events, Admin)
Provide timely P&L visibility and financial insights to department heads
Tax, VAT & Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns including Corporate Tax, VAT, and TDS
Oversee VAT accounting, reconciliation, and input tax credit management
Treasury & Cash Management
Manage daily cash position and short- to medium-term cash flow forecasting
Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational requirements
Maintain banking relationships and manage facilities and transactions
Oversee accounts receivable collections and credit control
Manage accounts payable to ensure timely and optimized payments
Inventory Management & Controls
· Oversee inventory accounting for F&B and retail (Pro Shop / Merchandise)
Ensure accurate inventory valuation using approved methods (FIFO or weighted average)
Coordinate periodic stock counts and reconcile with accounting records
Payroll & Employee Benefits
· Oversee monthly payroll processing for all SuperGolf employees
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, incentives, bonuses, and deductions
Prepare payroll-related reports for management and auditors
