Job Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and financial records. Prepare invoices, bills, and payment documents. Record sales, purchases, and expense transactions accurately. Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management. Maintain supplier and customer ledger accounts. Support monthly/quarterly financial reporting. Coordinate with management regarding payments and collections. Ensure proper filing of all financial documents and records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Freshers are encouraged to apply years of experience will be preferred. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting software. Good understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting. Must be honest, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
